1. What this website does

The current website lets you view a catalogue and send an enquiry or trip application. It does not provide customer accounts, take payment or accept a booking online.

A form submission does not reserve a place, create a contract or commit Atlas51 to offer a trip. We may need to discuss suitability, availability, timing and the trip details before deciding whether to make a written offer.

2. Trip information

We take care over the catalogue, but routes, activities, dates, availability and practical arrangements can change. A trip page is not a contractual itinerary or a promise that every element will be available.

Flights are not sold through Atlas51. If we provide a flight-search link or routing suggestion, any flight contract is directly between you and the airline or travel provider.

3. If a trip is offered

Before any booking or payment, Atlas51 will provide the specific written information and terms that apply to the proposed trip. That information will cover the price, what is included, payment arrangements, cancellation, insurance, fitness or health requirements and any applicable customer protections.

Do not rely on this website for those future contractual details.

4. Your use of the site

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access restricted areas. Use the enquiry and trip-application forms only to send information relevant to a possible trip.

The website content is owned by or licensed to Atlas51. You may use it for your personal consideration of a trip, but not reproduce or use it commercially without permission.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Atlas51 is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on provisional catalogue information, a third-party website or a trip that has not been confirmed to you in writing.
