Modern slavery statement

1. Scope and legal position

ATLAS51 LTD is a small company in its early stages of operation. Our annual turnover is below the GBP 36 million threshold that triggers a mandatory transparency statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

ATLAS51 LTD was incorporated on 2026-07-15 and is currently run by its sole founder.

We publish this statement voluntarily. We believe that operating ethically in the adventure-travel industry — where supply chains extend into remote locations and communities with limited regulatory oversight — requires us to be explicit about our standards from the start, not only once we are large enough to be legally required to say so.

This statement covers the current public-review stage of our business and the supplier relationships we may enter into.

2. Our business

Atlas51 is preparing a curated adventure-travel catalogue for adult buyers. The current website accepts enquiries and trip applications, but does not take payments or create bookings online.

We operate from the United Kingdom.

3. Our supply chain

Our supply chain consists principally of:

• Independent trip operators — the companies and individuals who run the on-ground experience. These are located in a range of countries across Europe, Africa, the Americas, Asia, and polar regions. Many operate in territories with governance challenges or limited labour protections.
• Accommodation and in-trip transport providers — which may be used for a confirmed trip.
• Technology and services suppliers — software, hosting, communications and professional services providers.

The elevated risk in our supply chain sits with on-ground operators in remote or developing markets where informal labour, debt bondage, and trafficking are more prevalent in the wider economy.

4. Our stance

Atlas51 has a zero-tolerance position on modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, and child labour — in our own operations and throughout our supply chain.

We will not knowingly work with any operator, supplier or individual involved in these practices. Where we identify a credible concern, we will investigate it, raise it with the relevant party and decide whether the relationship can continue.

We intend to build supplier relationships on fair and transparent commercial terms.

5. Due diligence

Before confirming an operator relationship, we intend to consider:

• A direct conversation with the operator about their employment practices, staff and guide welfare, and subcontracting arrangements
• A review of publicly available information about the operator's practices and reputation in the industry
• Whether appropriate contractual and operating expectations can be agreed

We do not currently claim to operate a formal third-party modern-slavery audit programme. This statement will be updated if that changes.

6. Annual review

We will review this statement at least once per year and when our operating model changes materially.
