The current Atlas51 website accepts enquiries and trip applications. It does not take payment or create a booking, so it does not create anything to cancel.

Before any booking

If Atlas51 makes you a written offer for a trip, we will provide the cancellation terms that apply to that specific offer before you are asked to book or pay. Those terms will explain the price, payment schedule, cancellation charges or refund rights, and how to contact us.

Trip arrangements can differ in timing and commitments. Do not rely on an assumed deposit percentage, cancellation charge or refund timetable until it is set out in the written information for the trip offered to you.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page limits rights that may apply under consumer or travel law to an agreed booking. The applicable position will depend on the contract and circumstances.
